The Construction Industry Dinner provides a unique networking opportunity for members of Chicago’s construction industry to come together in support of the Scouting community serviced by the Pathway to Adventure Council, Boy Scouts of America. This event is the largest gathering of the industry in Chicago. It draws over 1,200 construction leaders from around the country. The funding resulting from this event makes it one of the largest contributors to benefit the youth and volunteers that make Scouting in the Pathway to Adventure Council the quality program that it is.

The Pathway to Adventure Council, Boy Scouts of America serves northern Illinois and northwest Indiana. It is the mission of the Boy Scouts of America to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. In addition to our traditional programs of Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturing, we also impact students age 14 to 21 with our Exploring programs that are educational programs designed to partner youth with professionals to get an on-the-job, first-hand experience of the real world. The Pathway to Adventure Council, Boy Scouts of America serves over 23,500 young men and women and over 8,000 adult volunteers each year in partnership with hundreds of Chicago area and suburban schools and organizations.
